Third-Party Services and Attribution
Last Updated: October 20, 2026
RadioFluxx is a digital audio discovery, aggregation, and playback service operated under the name TLRDev.com.
This policy applies to radiofluxx.com, the RadioFluxx web application, the RadioFluxx Android application, and associated services.
This document explains how RadioFluxx interacts with independent content providers, streaming directories, technology providers, advertising networks, analytics services, and other external platforms.
It also describes the responsibilities of those third parties, the limitations of their services, and the rights of content owners whose materials may appear within RadioFluxx.
1. Our Relationship With Third-Party Services
RadioFluxx is an independent audio discovery platform that helps listeners find and enjoy publicly accessible live radio stations, podcasts, podcast episodes, and audiobooks.
RadioFluxx does not charge listeners to discover, access, or stream the third-party audio content indexed within our catalog.
Our platform is primarily supported by advertising, allowing us to maintain and develop the RadioFluxx listening experience without requiring users to purchase access to the indexed audio catalog.
To provide these services, RadioFluxx relies on a combination of independently operated audio sources, public directories, application infrastructure, software development platforms, advertising services, and other technology providers.
These external services may be operated by separate companies, organizations, communities, or individual publishers.
The use of a third-party service does not automatically establish a partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, agency relationship, or affiliation between that provider and RadioFluxx.
Each service remains subject to its own applicable terms, licenses, privacy practices, and operational requirements.
RadioFluxx is responsible for the aspects of its own platform and third-party integrations that fall within its control, subject to applicable law.
2. Public Audio Directories and Discovery Sources
RadioFluxx discovers and organizes publicly accessible audio content through streaming addresses, RSS feeds, directories, and other available sources.
Content discovery sources include or may include the following services.
Radio Browser
Website: https://www.radio-browser.info/
Radio Browser is a community-maintained directory of internet radio stations.
Its directory provides publicly accessible information that may include station names, streaming addresses, station logos, countries, languages, genres, and other identifying details.
RadioFluxx uses Radio Browser information as a source for discovering and organizing internet radio stations.
Radio Browser is independently operated and is not responsible for the development, operation, content presentation, or business activities of RadioFluxx.
Because community directories may contain inaccurate, outdated, or unauthorized entries, the presence of a radio station within Radio Browser does not independently verify ownership or establish unrestricted licensing rights.
Podcast RSS Feeds
RadioFluxx discovers and indexes podcasts through publicly accessible RSS feeds published by independent podcast creators, hosting providers, networks, and distributors.
These feeds may provide podcast titles, descriptions, artwork, episode information, publication dates, and audio file locations.
RadioFluxx uses this information to help listeners discover programs and access available episodes.
Podcast feeds and their associated recordings remain under the control of their respective publishers and hosting providers.
Podcast Index
Website: https://podcastindex.org/
Podcast Index is an independently operated podcast directory that provides information about publicly available podcast feeds.
RadioFluxx may reference Podcast Index or similar directory services for podcast discovery and feed identification when supported by its active integrations.
Listing a directory as a potential discovery source does not represent that every feature of that directory is currently integrated into RadioFluxx.
Podcast Index does not automatically endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for RadioFluxx.
LibriVox
Website: https://librivox.org/
LibriVox provides volunteer-recorded audiobooks of public-domain literary works.
RadioFluxx may reference LibriVox catalog information and publicly available audiobook recordings.
LibriVox recordings are made available as public-domain recordings in the United States. Copyright conditions may differ in other jurisdictions.
RadioFluxx is independently operated and is not an official LibriVox application unless a separate authorized relationship is expressly established.
Other Public Sources
RadioFluxx may also reference publicly available broadcaster websites, official streaming endpoints, publisher directories, audiobook catalogs, and other legally accessible audio resources.
The services identified above are examples and do not constitute an exhaustive list of every source that may appear in the RadioFluxx catalog.
3. Independent Content Ownership and Responsibility
RadioFluxx does not own, operate, produce, or exercise editorial control over the underlying recordings and broadcasts supplied by independent radio stations, podcast publishers, or audiobook providers.
Independent content providers are responsible for the materials they produce, publish, transmit, and distribute, including obtaining permissions required for their own activities.
RadioFluxx does not guarantee that every external source has secured every copyright, music, publishing, performance, broadcast, or distribution right that may apply to its content.
Audio programs may contain statements, opinions, advertisements, interviews, political commentary, entertainment, and other materials produced independently of RadioFluxx.
Such content does not necessarily represent the opinions, beliefs, endorsements, or positions of RadioFluxx or TLRDev.com.
RadioFluxx may independently categorize, rank, feature, recommend, restrict, or remove catalog entries as part of operating its discovery service.
These organizational activities do not transfer ownership of the underlying recordings to RadioFluxx.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RadioFluxx and TLRDev.com disclaim responsibility for the independent conduct and content of third-party publishers.
Nothing in this disclaimer eliminates responsibilities imposed on RadioFluxx by applicable law or arising from its own activities.
4. Third-Party Content Attribution
RadioFluxx may display names, trademarks, logos, cover artwork, titles, descriptions, and other identifying information associated with independently published content.
These materials may be obtained from public RSS feeds, streaming directories, publisher websites, and other available sources.
All applicable intellectual property rights remain with their respective lawful owners.
The display of a station logo, podcast title, audiobook cover, directory name, or technology provider trademark does not imply ownership or an official business relationship.
Where applicable licenses or provider terms require specific attribution, RadioFluxx intends to comply with those obligations.
If an authorized rights holder identifies inaccurate attribution or potentially unauthorized artwork, RadioFluxx may review and correct or remove the affected material.
Formal copyright complaints are addressed under our separate Copyright and DMCA Policy.
5. Supabase and Application Data Infrastructure
RadioFluxx uses a self-hosted Supabase-based backend to support application functionality and catalog management.
Supabase technology provides infrastructure components used for database access, application accounts, content organization, and related application operations.
Unlike a database hosted through Supabase’s managed cloud service, RadioFluxx’s self-hosted environment is operated through infrastructure configured and administered for RadioFluxx.
RadioFluxx remains responsible for its own deployment configuration, application access controls, database permissions, security management, and data handling practices.
The use of Supabase software does not mean that Supabase independently publishes, controls, or licenses the audio content accessible through RadioFluxx.
Self-hosted application infrastructure may also involve independent server, hosting, networking, domain, backup, and security providers.
The identities and responsibilities of such providers depend on the actual services in use.
For information about Supabase technology, visit:
For information about RadioFluxx’s handling of application data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Google Firebase and Application Diagnostics
RadioFluxx integrates with Google Firebase technologies to support aspects of application operation and maintenance.
Depending on the application version and enabled configuration, Firebase services may provide functionality such as:
- Application configuration and feature management.
- Crash reporting and troubleshooting.
- Application stability monitoring.
- Diagnostic information.
- Application analytics and usage measurement.
Specific Firebase products collect and process different types of information depending on their configuration and use.
Such information may include application installation identifiers, device characteristics, operating system information, crash reports, diagnostic data, and application interaction events.
RadioFluxx does not represent that every Firebase product or feature is enabled in every version of its applications.
Google’s applicable service terms and privacy practices govern Google’s independent handling of information.
Additional details concerning data collection, use, and applicable user choices are provided in the RadioFluxx Privacy Policy.

7. OneSignal Push Notification Services
RadioFluxx integrates with OneSignal technology to support push notification functionality where enabled.
Notifications may provide information such as application announcements, relevant content updates, and other supported messages.
Depending on the platform, configuration, and notification permissions, OneSignal may process technical information needed to register devices and deliver notifications.
This information may include push subscription identifiers, notification tokens, device and operating system attributes, IP addresses, and notification interaction information.
Notification availability may depend on device settings, operating system behavior, network conditions, and external notification delivery services.
Users may be able to manage notification permissions through supported application settings or their device’s operating system.
Disabling notifications does not necessarily remove historical records already processed by a provider, which remain subject to applicable retention and deletion practices.
RadioFluxx does not guarantee delivery of every notification.
OneSignal Privacy Policy:
https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy
8. Google AdMob and Advertising Services
RadioFluxx is an advertising-supported service.
Advertising helps fund the operation, hosting, maintenance, and continued development of RadioFluxx.
The Android application integrates with Google AdMob technology to support advertising functionality.
Advertisements may be displayed through third-party advertising networks and may be selected or measured using information processed under those networks’ applicable policies.
Depending on configuration, user preferences, applicable law, and available consent mechanisms, advertising technologies may process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers.
- Application identifiers.
- Device and operating system information.
- Approximate location inferred from network information.
- Advertising interactions.
- Technical information used for fraud prevention, advertising delivery, and measurement.
The presence of advertising within RadioFluxx does not establish an ownership interest in independently published radio, podcast, or audiobook content.
RadioFluxx does not represent that advertising revenue is automatically distributed to every broadcaster, podcaster, or audiobook provider whose content appears in our discovery catalog.
Any separate licensing or compensation obligations must be addressed independently.
Where required, RadioFluxx will provide appropriate privacy disclosures and applicable consent or preference controls.

9. Google Play and Mobile Application Distribution
The RadioFluxx Android application is distributed or intended for distribution through Google Play.
Google Play is independently operated by Google and maintains its own application distribution requirements, security practices, account policies, and terms.
RadioFluxx is responsible for the content, functionality, and required disclosures of its own Android application.
Google is not the publisher or owner of the independent radio stations, podcasts, or audiobooks indexed within RadioFluxx merely because the application is distributed through Google Play.
Availability of the Android application may depend on device compatibility, geographic restrictions, Google Play policies, and other operational considerations.
Google may modify its distribution policies, availability requirements, or technical standards independently of RadioFluxx.
Google Play:
10. Optional Purchases and Advertising Removal
RadioFluxx provides access to its indexed audio catalog without requiring payment for individual audio streams.
Where supported, RadioFluxx may offer an optional purchase that removes or reduces advertisements displayed by the application.
Such a purchase concerns the RadioFluxx advertising experience and does not transfer ownership or grant additional licensing rights in third-party audio content.
If optional purchases are offered, transactions may involve Google Play Billing and an applicable entitlement management service, such as RevenueCat.
Payment handling, subscription or entitlement management, purchase verification, refunds, and related technical operations may involve separate service providers.
Specific purchase terms, prices, durations, availability, and cancellation conditions will be presented through the applicable purchasing interface and relevant terms.
Any data associated with purchase processing must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy disclosures and provider requirements.
11. External Streaming Connections and Technical Information
When a listener selects a radio station, podcast episode, audiobook, or external link, the application may establish a connection to a third-party server.
Depending on the source and technical delivery method, information transmitted as part of a network request may include:
- IP address.
- Request date and time.
- User-agent or application information.
- Browser or operating system information.
- Network connection information.
- Requested audio resource or streaming URL.
Such information may be processed by the original broadcaster, podcast hosting provider, audiobook source, content delivery network, or other relevant service.
The policies and practices of independent content providers may differ from those of RadioFluxx.
RadioFluxx does not control how every independent streaming server retains, analyzes, or otherwise processes information obtained through direct connections.
Listeners should review the privacy information of relevant external providers when appropriate.
For information about data processing within RadioFluxx’s control, refer to our Privacy Policy.
12. External Websites, Links, and Embedded Content
RadioFluxx may provide links to independent publishers, radio stations, directories, audiobook websites, and other external resources.
These websites are not necessarily owned, operated, or controlled by RadioFluxx.
External websites may use their own cookies, analytics technologies, advertising platforms, tracking mechanisms, accessibility features, or account systems.
RadioFluxx is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, security configurations, or content policies of third-party websites.
The inclusion of an external link does not constitute a guarantee of the linked service’s accuracy, safety, legality, or continued availability.
RadioFluxx may remove or restrict links identified as malicious, misleading, unauthorized, or otherwise inappropriate.
13. Third-Party Privacy Practices and Data Responsibilities
Different technology providers may have different responsibilities under applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Depending on the relationship, jurisdiction, and processing activity, a provider may act as a service provider, data processor, independent controller, or in another legally recognized capacity.
RadioFluxx does not represent that every external provider performs the same role or has identical data-handling obligations.
We recognize that integrating external software development kits, advertising systems, notification platforms, and other services may involve processing information beyond the data stored directly in RadioFluxx’s own database.
RadioFluxx’s Privacy Policy provides the primary explanation of our data practices, including applicable categories of information, purposes, disclosures, retention, deletion, and available user rights.
This Third-Party Services Policy supplements that information but does not replace the Privacy Policy, consent requirements, or other disclosures required by applicable law.
14. Third-Party Service Availability and Reliability
RadioFluxx relies on external systems that may change independently of our platform.
Independent providers may:
- Discontinue or modify their services.
- Change API access requirements.
- Introduce fees or rate limits.
- Update distribution or licensing terms.
- Relocate or remove audio streams.
- Restrict geographic availability.
- Experience outages or network interruptions.
- Change advertising or notification functionality.
- Restrict or discontinue access to certain resources.
RadioFluxx does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of external streams, directories, integrations, APIs, or other third-party services.
Where appropriate, RadioFluxx may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue integrations affected by technical, security, commercial, or legal changes.
Such changes may affect the availability of particular stations, episodes, audiobooks, or application features.
15. Security and External Service Integrations
RadioFluxx aims to use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the services it operates.
However, third-party services and external streaming providers maintain their own systems and security practices.
RadioFluxx cannot guarantee the security, reliability, or integrity of every independently operated external server.
We may restrict or remove an integration when a significant security concern, malicious endpoint, unauthorized access issue, or other material risk is identified.
Users should avoid supplying sensitive information to unfamiliar external websites or services without reviewing the relevant provider’s identity and practices.
Nothing in this policy constitutes a guarantee that any digital service is completely free from security vulnerabilities, outages, or operational risks.
16. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Trademarks
The names, trademarks, logos, software, artwork, recordings, and other protected materials associated with third-party services remain the property of their respective lawful owners.
References to services such as Google, Firebase, Google Play, AdMob, OneSignal, Supabase, Radio Browser, Podcast Index, and LibriVox are provided to identify relevant technologies or content sources.
Such references do not imply that these organizations officially sponsor, endorse, certify, partner with, or operate RadioFluxx.
Where applicable third-party license terms require additional acknowledgments, attribution, or notices, those requirements remain applicable.
RadioFluxx may update attribution or remove materials when appropriate.
17. Content Publisher Corrections and Removal Requests
RadioFluxx respects the rights and legitimate distribution preferences of independent broadcasters, podcast creators, audiobook publishers, and other content owners.
Content owners or authorized representatives may request:
- Correction of inaccurate titles or descriptions.
- Updates to publisher attribution.
- Correction of streaming or RSS feed information.
- Removal of disputed logos or artwork.
- Removal of broken or outdated listings.
- Geographic restrictions where appropriate.
- Removal of a station, podcast, episode, or audiobook from the RadioFluxx catalog.
Requests may be submitted through the Contact page on radiofluxx.com.
Please identify the affected listing, relevant source URL, your relationship to the content, and the requested action.
RadioFluxx may request reasonable verification where necessary.
Content owners are not required to remove their material from a public directory before requesting removal directly from RadioFluxx.
For formal copyright infringement complaints, please refer to our Copyright and DMCA Policy.
18. No Guarantee of Third-Party Content or Services
RadioFluxx endeavors to provide useful, accurate, and accessible information about available audio content and related services.
However, third-party directories and providers may supply information that is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RadioFluxx makes no guarantee regarding the continued availability, accuracy, reliability, legality, or performance of independently operated content sources and services.
RadioFluxx may correct, restrict, or remove external listings or integrations when appropriate.
This disclaimer does not exclude responsibilities that RadioFluxx cannot lawfully disclaim.
19. Changes to Third-Party Services and This Policy
RadioFluxx may add, modify, replace, or discontinue third-party services as its technology, content catalog, and business operations evolve.
Changes may involve new hosting technologies, directories, advertising partners, analytics platforms, notification providers, or other integrations.
Where required, RadioFluxx will update applicable disclosures and obtain necessary permissions or consent before engaging in relevant processing activities.
This policy may be revised to reflect material changes in third-party relationships, operational practices, legal requirements, or supported services.
Updated versions will be published on radiofluxx.com with a revised date.
