Copyright and DMCA Policy
Last Updated: October 20, 2026
RadioFluxx is a digital audio discovery and playback service operated under the name TLRDev.com. This policy applies to radiofluxx.com, the RadioFluxx Android application, the RadioFluxx web application, and associated services.
1. How RadioFluxx Obtains Audio Content
RadioFluxx is a free digital audio discovery and aggregation platform that helps listeners find and enjoy publicly accessible live radio stations, podcasts, podcast episodes, and audiobooks.
RadioFluxx does not charge users subscription fees, access fees, or listening fees to discover, access, or stream audio content indexed within our platform.
Our service is supported by advertising, allowing listeners to explore and enjoy available audio content at no cost through RadioFluxx.
RadioFluxx discovers and indexes publicly accessible streaming URLs, RSS feeds, and audio directories made available by broadcasters, podcast publishers, audiobook providers, and other content distributors.
RadioFluxx does not claim ownership of third party audio content. All copyrights, trademarks, recordings, artwork, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Content owners and authorized representatives may request correction or removal of their listings directly through RadioFluxx at any time.
RadioFluxx does not currently accept user uploaded audio or public content submissions. Instead, our platform discovers, indexes, organizes, and provides playback access to audio content through publicly available streaming URLs, RSS feeds, audio directories, and other publicly accessible sources.
Our content discovery sources may include:
- Radio Browser: A community maintained directory of publicly accessible internet radio stations, including station names, streaming URLs, genres, logos, and related information.
- Podcast Index: An open podcast directory that helps identify publicly available podcast RSS feeds and publisher information. RadioFluxx may reference podcast directories for discovery, while podcast episodes are retrieved from their published RSS feeds.
- LibriVox: A public domain audiobook project that makes recordings of public domain literary works available to listeners.
- Public RSS Feeds and Publisher Websites: RadioFluxx may discover podcast episodes, radio broadcasts, audiobook resources, and related metadata directly from feeds and streaming addresses made publicly accessible by publishers, broadcasters, and content distributors.
These examples do not represent an exhaustive list of all sources used by RadioFluxx. Individual listings may originate from different directories or directly from the content publisher.
Public Availability and Publisher Control
Audio streams and RSS feeds indexed by RadioFluxx are generally made publicly accessible by broadcasters, podcast publishers, audiobook distributors, or other content providers.
Content publishers commonly make these feeds available so that listeners, podcast directories, search engines, and compatible audio applications can discover their content.
However, public availability alone does not establish that every listing is authorized, that the person publishing a feed owns every included work, or that all forms of reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use are permitted.
RadioFluxx respects the rights of content owners and will review legitimate concerns about publicly indexed material.
Our goal is to help listeners discover content that publishers have made publicly accessible while respecting the rights and distribution preferences of those publishers.
2. How Content Owners Can Remove Their Listings
If you own or control a radio station, podcast, audiobook, or other audio resource listed on RadioFluxx and no longer wish for that content to appear in our discovery catalog, you may request its removal.
There are two ways to address public availability and indexing.
Option A: Update the Original Public Directory or Feed
If your content is listed in a public directory or distributed through a public RSS feed, you may update or remove that listing through the appropriate directory operator or content hosting provider.
For example:
- Radio station owners may review and request corrections or removal of their listings through Radio Browser or the relevant directory where their station is indexed.
- Podcast publishers may update their public RSS feeds, change distribution settings, or contact podcast directory operators regarding outdated or unwanted listings.
- Audiobook rights holders may contact the relevant audiobook publisher, hosting provider, or directory regarding distribution and ownership concerns.
Updating the original public source can help prevent outdated information from continuing to circulate through multiple independent applications and directories.
Removing a listing from one directory does not necessarily remove the original audio stream, RSS feed, or listings maintained by other services.
Option B: Request Removal Directly From RadioFluxx
You may contact RadioFluxx directly to request removal of content from our discovery catalog.
You do not need to remove your content from another directory before contacting RadioFluxx.
To request removal, visit the Contact page on radiofluxx.com and identify the content you wish to have removed.
Please include:
- The name of the radio station, podcast, episode, or audiobook.
- The RadioFluxx listing URL, if available.
- The original stream URL or RSS feed URL, if known.
- Your relationship to the content or publisher.
- The requested correction, restriction, or removal.
- A contact method for any necessary follow-up.
RadioFluxx may request reasonable verification of ownership or authority when necessary to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized removal requests.
After reviewing a sufficiently identified and legitimate request, we may remove the listing, disable playback access through RadioFluxx, update metadata, or exclude the source from future automated catalog discovery.
Where appropriate, we may also take steps to prevent a removed listing from being automatically reintroduced during subsequent catalog synchronization.
A formal DMCA notice is not required for ordinary listing corrections or voluntary publisher removal requests.
3. RadioFluxx Does Not Claim Ownership of Third Party Content
RadioFluxx does not claim ownership of independently produced radio broadcasts, podcasts, audiobook recordings, musical compositions, cover artwork, trademarks, or other third party intellectual property.
Ownership remains with the respective creators, broadcasters, publishers, distributors, or other lawful rights holders.
RadioFluxx may display publicly available titles, descriptions, artwork, categories, stream addresses, and other metadata for purposes of content identification, organization, discovery, and playback.
The inclusion of content within RadioFluxx does not imply an official partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, licensing relationship, or endorsement by the original content provider.
Where content is streamed directly from an external provider, the underlying audio remains subject to that provider’s availability, permissions, and applicable terms.
RadioFluxx does not acquire ownership of a recording merely by indexing or linking to it.
4. Different Copyright Rights May Apply
Different types of audio content can involve multiple independent copyright interests.
For example:
- A radio broadcast may involve rights in musical compositions, sound recordings, performances, and broadcasting.
- A podcast may involve rights in recordings, music, artwork, scripts, and other incorporated works.
- An audiobook may involve rights in the literary work, translation, narration, performance, and sound recording.
A person who controls a public RSS feed or streaming URL may not necessarily own every component included in that content.
Copyright complaints should identify the particular copyrighted material and rights allegedly infringed, along with the specific RadioFluxx listing or use at issue.
5. Copyright Infringement Notices Under the DMCA
RadioFluxx respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and other rights holders.
If you believe material available through RadioFluxx infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, you may submit a copyright infringement notice consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
A sufficiently detailed notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list where multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, together with information reasonably sufficient for RadioFluxx to locate it.
- Information reasonably sufficient to contact the complaining party, such as a mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Notices should identify the specific RadioFluxx listing, stream, episode, audiobook, image, or other material involved.
A general allegation without sufficient identifying information may require clarification before the reported material can be located and evaluated.
6. Where to Submit Copyright Complaints
Copyright owners and authorized representatives may initiate a complaint through the Contact page at:
Please identify the request as:
Copyright Infringement Notice
Include the information described in Section 5 and specify the requested action.
The general Contact page is a reporting channel and is not, by itself, a formally designated DMCA agent.
Where statutory notice to a designated agent is required, the applicable registered agent information must be used. RadioFluxx must separately satisfy any relevant designated agent registration and publication requirements to rely on applicable DMCA safe harbor provisions.
7. Review of Copyright Complaints
RadioFluxx reviews sufficiently detailed copyright complaints in good faith.
Depending on the nature of a complaint, RadioFluxx may:
- Remove or disable a disputed catalog listing.
- Disable access to a specific streaming URL.
- Remove or replace disputed artwork or metadata.
- Stop indexing a particular RSS feed or content source.
- Exclude identified content from future catalog updates.
- Request additional ownership or licensing information.
- Contact the relevant content provider when appropriate.
- Take other actions required by applicable law.
RadioFluxx may act promptly when a sufficiently identified report establishes an appropriate basis for removal or disabling access.
Some disputes may require additional review, including questions concerning mistaken identification, authorized distribution, copyright ownership, public domain status, or lawful exceptions.
RadioFluxx does not guarantee that a copyright complaint will result in the removal of content hosted on a server operated by an independent third party.
8. Limitations of Third Party Content Removal
RadioFluxx generally operates as a discovery and playback service rather than the original publisher of the audio content it indexes.
When an audio file or stream is hosted by an independent broadcaster, podcast hosting provider, or audiobook distributor, RadioFluxx may be able to remove its own listing or disable access through its application.
However, RadioFluxx cannot directly delete files, feeds, recordings, or other material from independently operated third party servers.
If a copyright owner seeks removal of the underlying recording from the internet, it may also be necessary to contact the original hosting provider, publisher, or other relevant directory operator.
RadioFluxx will address the content and services within its control as appropriate.
9. Counter Notifications and Restoration
Where the counter notification procedures of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) apply, a person whose material was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright complaint may be eligible to submit a counter notification.
A legally sufficient counter notification generally must include:
- The subscriber’s physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- The subscriber’s name, address, and telephone number.
- The required statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate United States federal district court and accepting service of process from the original complaining party or its agent.
Where the statutory process applies and its conditions are satisfied, RadioFluxx will follow applicable notification and restoration requirements.
These procedures may not apply in the same way to ordinary directory corrections, voluntary publisher removal requests, or material controlled exclusively by independent third party providers.
10. Repeat Infringement and Abuse Prevention
Where applicable, RadioFluxx will maintain and reasonably implement a policy for addressing repeat infringement in appropriate circumstances.
RadioFluxx may restrict or discontinue access to particular content sources, catalog entries, or services when repeated infringement or misuse is identified.
Where required by applicable law, RadioFluxx will accommodate standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works.
RadioFluxx may maintain reasonable records of complaints, disputed URLs, actions taken, and related correspondence for lawful operational, security, and compliance purposes.
11. False, Fraudulent, or Abusive Complaints
Copyright complaints must be submitted in good faith.
Knowingly misrepresenting material facts in a copyright infringement notice or counter notification may result in legal liability under applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
RadioFluxx may request clarification or supporting information when a complaint contains conflicting ownership claims, insufficient identifying information, or indications of fraudulent activity.
RadioFluxx reserves the right to address abusive reporting practices while complying with applicable legal obligations.
12. Designated DMCA Agent and Safe Harbor Requirements
The availability of this policy and a general complaint reporting process does not automatically establish eligibility for DMCA safe harbor protections.
Certain protections under 17 U.S.C. § 512 require additional conditions, which may include:
- Public identification of a designated copyright agent.
- Registration of the designated agent with the United States Copyright Office.
- Maintenance of accurate agent contact information.
- Reasonable implementation of applicable repeat infringer policies.
- Appropriate handling of qualifying infringement notices.
- Compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
RadioFluxx will maintain any legally required designated agent information and registration as applicable.
This policy does not represent that an uncompleted registration or other statutory requirement has already been satisfied.
13. Other Intellectual Property and Listing Concerns
Not every dispute involving publicly listed audio content is a copyright infringement claim.
RadioFluxx may also review reports involving:
- Incorrect station or publisher identification.
- Trademark misuse.
- Impersonation.
- Misleading metadata.
- Unauthorized branding.
- Incorrect attribution.
- Broken or outdated RSS feeds.
- Geographic access restrictions.
- Privacy concerns.
These matters may be reported through the Contact page at radiofluxx.com.
RadioFluxx may correct, modify, restrict, or remove listings as appropriate based on the information available and applicable legal obligations.
14. Changes to This Policy
RadioFluxx may periodically update this Copyright and DMCA Policy to reflect changes in content discovery practices, supported services, applicable laws, rights holder reporting procedures, or other operational requirements.
Updates will be published on radiofluxx.com with a revised date.
