Terms of Service
Last revised October 20, 2026.
RadioFluxx is a digital audio discovery and playback service operated under the name TLRDev.com. This document covers radiofluxx.com, its Android app and associated functionality unless expressly stated otherwise.
Third Party Content and Responsibility Disclaimer
RadioFluxx is an independent audio discovery and aggregation platform. We do not own, operate, produce, or exercise editorial control over the independent radio stations, podcasts, audiobook recordings, or other third party audio content made accessible through our service.
RadioFluxx discovers, indexes, and organizes publicly accessible audio streams, RSS feeds, and associated metadata obtained from independent broadcasters, publishers, content directories, and other publicly available sources.
The original broadcasters, content creators, publishers, distributors, and hosting providers are responsible for the content they produce, publish, transmit, and make publicly accessible, including their compliance with applicable copyright laws, licensing requirements, broadcasting regulations, and other legal obligations.
RadioFluxx does not independently verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, reliability, availability, or licensing status of every third party stream, feed, recording, or listing included in our catalog.
The inclusion of any station, podcast, audiobook, or other content within RadioFluxx does not constitute ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or an official affiliation with its respective content provider.
Views, opinions, statements, advertisements, and other materials expressed or transmitted through independently operated audio sources belong to their respective speakers, publishers, or content providers and do not necessarily reflect the views or positions of RadioFluxx or TLRDev.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RadioFluxx and TLRDev.com disclaim responsibility for the content, statements, conduct, availability, or independent operations of third party audio providers. This disclaimer does not exclude responsibilities imposed by applicable law.
RadioFluxx respects intellectual property rights and maintains procedures for reviewing legitimate complaints, correcting inaccurate listings, and removing or disabling access to disputed content when appropriate.
Content owners, publishers, and authorized representatives may contact RadioFluxx directly to request corrections or removal of their content from our discovery catalog.
Interpretation and order of agreements
These Terms govern RadioFluxx’s own services and should be read with its Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, streaming rights disclosures and any specific payment or submission terms. A referenced policy does not create rights to distribute third-party media. Nothing overrides mandatory consumer, privacy, disability-access or intellectual-property law. Headings are for navigation and do not narrow the operative provisions.
Devices, playback and safety
You are responsible for internet access charges, device security and safe use. RadioFluxx does not guarantee compatibility with every operating-system version, dashboard, Bluetooth device, audio device or carrier. Do not interact with controls while driving or operating equipment where doing so would be unsafe. RadioFluxx is not an emergency alert or public safety notification system.
Notice, assignment and exceptional interruptions
When the law requires notice of material service or contractual changes, we will use an appropriate available channel. The operator may transfer service assets and contractual obligations where lawfully permitted, subject to privacy rights and notices. Circumstances outside reasonable control may cause outages, including broadcaster shutdowns, cloud interruptions, telecommunications failures and governmental action; nonwaivable obligations remain unaffected.
Plain English: your listening rights
RadioFluxx helps you find independently supplied audio. It doesn’t give you ownership of a recording, guarantee a station will always be available, or allow anyone to rebroadcast copyrighted programming. We are responsible for our own legal duties, and the listener must use the app lawfully.
Agreement, capacity and scope
These Terms constitute an agreement between the person accessing RadioFluxx and its operator identified as TLRDev.com. Accessing the website or installing or using the application indicates acceptance, subject to applicable law and any consent requirements. If you do not agree, discontinue use. You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, or that any required parent or guardian authorization has been obtained. A legally enforceable agreement may require an affirmative in-app acceptance flow; publishing this page alone does not establish consent.
Nature of the service and absence of media ownership
RadioFluxx provides a search, cataloging, recommendation, favorites and playback interface for third-party live radio stations, podcast feeds, episodes, audiobooks and related metadata. Unless expressly identified, RadioFluxx does not produce, control, host or license the underlying audio or speak on behalf of stations, publishers, hosts or licensors. RadioFluxx’s indexes, editorial selections, recommendations, geographic filtering and popularity rankings are not guarantees of legality, completeness, authenticity, quality, accuracy, affiliation or continued availability.
Limited user permission
Subject to these Terms, users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the RadioFluxx software for lawful personal use in accordance with applicable app-store and software-license provisions. No right is granted to copy, rebroadcast, publicly perform, commercially exploit, redistribute, train models on, scrape at scale, remove attribution from, or circumvent technological protection on third-party media. Any rights over third-party media arise from its owner, provider, applicable license or law, not these Terms.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You must not interfere with availability or security, probe private interfaces without authorization, deploy malware, attempt credential theft, manipulate recommendations or ratings fraudulently, generate abusive automated traffic, impersonate a provider, submit knowingly false copyright claims, violate export restrictions, or facilitate infringement. Lawful reverse engineering and rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected. We may impose proportionate rate limits or restrict abusive access to protect users, licensors and infrastructure.
Independent sources and content changes
Sources can change URLs, content, restrictions, metadata, geographic availability or terms without our knowledge. We may correct, suppress, delist, categorize, rank, feature, suspend or remove source entries at our discretion consistent with applicable law, including in response to complaints, outages, rights concerns or inaccurate metadata. No listing or particular rank is promised. External links and streams may transmit your connection metadata to third parties under their independent practices.
Editorial independence; opinions; safety
Third-party speech, including controversial, political, medical, religious, financial, paranormal, true-crime or explicit programming, belongs to the source. RadioFluxx does not warrant its truth, verify professional claims or endorse statements merely by indexing them. Users must exercise their own judgment; content is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. You should not operate playback controls in a manner that distracts from driving or otherwise endangers yourself or others.
Accounts, libraries and identifiers
If the app uses accounts, anonymous authentication or device identifiers, users are responsible for protecting credentials and their devices. Saved favorites, progress, preferences and other data may be lost if local storage is deleted, an account is removed, a provider changes its catalog or synchronization fails. Account creation, transfer and termination conditions must match the actual implementation. See the Privacy Policy and Data Requests page.
User submissions and feedback
If users can submit content listings, reviews, reports or feedback, the submitter must have authority to provide them and must not include unlawful material. To the extent necessary to operate and display a voluntarily submitted listing or feedback, the submitter grants RadioFluxx a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for that limited purpose, subject to intellectual-property rights and any separate submission conditions. This provision does not purport to license third-party recordings that a submitter does not own.
Intellectual property, branding and third-party marks
Original RadioFluxx branding, user interface, code and editorial materials are protected to the extent recognized by applicable law. Third-party stations, podcasts, authors, publishers, logos, cover art, trademarks, recordings and works belong to their respective owners. Identifying a content source is not a claim of partnership, sponsorship or permission to exploit any third-party mark or work.
Advertising and sponsorship
RadioFluxx may carry display advertisements, sponsored entries or other commercially supported features. Sponsored material will be labeled where required. Advertising partners may apply their own terms and privacy practices. The existence of ads near or within the app does not imply that a content publisher sponsors the app, or vice versa. We may alter the advertising model subject to applicable notice and payment obligations.
Purchases and subscriptions
If premium services are launched, their scope, prices, purchase method, taxes, cancellation, renewal and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. For Google Play transactions, applicable Google Play payment and refund processes and nonwaivable consumer rights apply. This provision does not itself create a paid plan or a recurring charge.
No warranties; availability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RADIOFLUXX IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMITTED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED PLAYBACK, ERROR-FREE SOFTWARE, PERMANENT STORAGE, ACCURATE METADATA, COMPLETE CONTENT FILTERING OR AVAILABILITY OF A PARTICULAR SOURCE. THIS DOES NOT LIMIT WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.
Limits on liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS ARISING FROM USE OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. FOR OTHER CLAIMS WHERE A MONETARY CAP IS LAWFUL, THE PROPOSED AGGREGATE CAP IS THE GREATER OF US $100 OR AMOUNTS PAID DIRECTLY TO RADIOFLUXX FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. THIS CAP REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW AND DOES NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED, INCLUDING LIABILITIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims and reasonable documented expenses arising from your deliberate unlawful use, infringement or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not shift responsibility for RadioFluxx’s own misconduct or rights violations to ordinary listeners, and does not waive applicable consumer protections.
Termination and service interruption
We may suspend access for material misuse, security threats or legal requirements and may discontinue features or the service. Where practical and required, affected users will receive notice and an opportunity to address the issue. On termination, user permissions end, while provisions that by nature should survive, including intellectual-property, dispute and applicable liability provisions, remain effective.
Disputes, governing law and severability
Applicable law and jurisdiction, including any mandatory consumer forum protections, govern disputes. This draft intentionally does not impose forced arbitration, a class-action waiver or a specific state forum without verifying the operator’s legal identity and obtaining jurisdiction-specific review. If one provision is unenforceable, other provisions remain operative to the extent permissible. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver.
Updates and contacting us
We may update these Terms to reflect legitimate business, legal and technological changes. Material changes will be notified or consented to where required, and an effective date should accompany each revision. Questions can be sent via RadioFluxx Contact. The actual contracting person’s or company’s registered legal name and address must be confirmed before publication.
