## Content Licensing, Streaming Rights & Third Party Content Policy

**Last Updated: October 20, 2026**

**RadioFluxx** is a digital audio discovery, aggregation, and playback service operated
under the name **TLRDev.com**. This policy applies to radiofluxx.com, the RadioFluxx
Android application, the RadioFluxx web application, and associated services.

This policy explains how RadioFluxx discovers publicly accessible audio content,
the rights associated with that content, the responsibilities of independent publishers,
and the procedures available to content owners who wish to correct, restrict, or
remove their listings.

## 1. Our Role as an Audio Discovery Platform

**RadioFluxx is an independent digital audio discovery and aggregation platform
that helps listeners find and enjoy publicly accessible radio stations, podcasts,
podcast episodes, and audiobooks.**

RadioFluxx does not charge users for accessing or listening to the third party audio
content indexed within our platform.

Our service is supported by advertising, allowing listeners to discover and enjoy
available audio content without purchasing a subscription or paying individual streaming
fees.

Any optional purchase intended to remove advertisements from the RadioFluxx application
is separate from access to the underlying audio content and does not constitute
a license to that content.

**RadioFluxx does not currently accept public audio uploads, publisher submissions,
or user submitted streaming content.**

Instead, RadioFluxx discovers, indexes, categorizes, and provides playback access
to content available through publicly accessible audio streams, RSS feeds, content
directories, and other external sources.

We do not represent ourselves as the broadcaster, producer, record label, podcast
publisher, audiobook publisher, or copyright owner of independently produced content
available through our service.

## 2. Where RadioFluxx Obtains Content

RadioFluxx uses publicly accessible content discovery sources to identify available
audio streams and recordings.

These sources include or may include:

### Radio Browser

**Website:** [https://www.radio-browser.info/](https://www.radio-browser.info/)

Radio Browser is a community maintained directory of internet radio stations.

The directory contains information such as station names, streaming URLs, broadcast
categories, countries, languages, and station logos.

RadioFluxx may use information from Radio Browser to discover and organize publicly
accessible internet radio stations.

Because Radio Browser is community maintained, directory entries may be submitted,
corrected, or updated by individuals other than the station owners themselves.

Inclusion in this directory does not independently establish ownership, licensing
authority, or permission for every possible use of a stream.

### Public Podcast RSS Feeds

Podcast creators, hosting providers, networks, and distributors frequently publish
RSS feeds to make their programs discoverable through podcast applications and directories.

RadioFluxx retrieves publicly available podcast information from these feeds, including
program titles, descriptions, artwork, episode information, publication dates, and
audio enclosure URLs.

The original publisher generally controls the feed and the media resources to which
it refers.

### Podcast Directories

Public podcast directories, including services such as Podcast Index, may be used
as reference sources for discovering publicly available podcast feeds and publisher
information.

**Website:** [https://podcastindex.org/](https://podcastindex.org/)

The identification of a podcast through a directory does not transfer ownership
or grant unrestricted rights to the underlying recording.

The terms and permitted uses of each directory or API remain applicable.

### LibriVox

**Website:** [https://librivox.org/](https://librivox.org/)

LibriVox provides volunteer recorded audiobooks based on literary works in the public
domain under United States copyright law.

RadioFluxx may use LibriVox catalog information and publicly available recordings
to support audiobook discovery and listening.

LibriVox recordings are made available as public domain recordings in the United
States. Copyright status and permitted uses may differ in other countries.

### Additional Public Sources

RadioFluxx may also discover content from publicly accessible broadcaster websites,
publisher feeds, official streaming endpoints, open catalogs, and other available
audio directories.

This list is illustrative and does not represent every possible source used by RadioFluxx.

## 3. Public Availability and Publisher Distribution

Broadcasters and podcast publishers commonly make streaming URLs and RSS feeds publicly
accessible so listeners can discover their programs through compatible applications,
directories, and audio players.

Public distribution may be intentional and authorized by the publisher.

However, **the public availability of a streaming URL or RSS feed does not automatically
establish that the person publishing it possesses all relevant rights or that every
method of commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, or retransmission is authorized.**

RadioFluxx recognizes this distinction.

We seek to respect the distribution preferences of legitimate publishers and will
review sufficiently identified concerns about unauthorized listings or uses.

Content owners may contact RadioFluxx directly to request corrections, restrictions,
or removal without first being required to change their listings in external directories.

## 4. Ownership of Audio Content

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights associated with independently
produced audio content remain with their respective lawful owners.

Depending on the content, those rights may belong to:

 * Radio broadcasters and broadcasting organizations.
 * Musical composers and songwriters.
 * Recording artists and record labels.
 * Podcast creators and production companies.
 * Podcast networks and distributors.
 * Audiobook authors and publishers.
 * Narrators and recording producers.
 * Artwork creators and photographers.
 * Other applicable copyright owners or licensors.

RadioFluxx does not acquire ownership of third party material merely by discovering,
indexing, linking to, or displaying it within the application.

The presence of a listing does not establish an employment relationship, licensing
partnership, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or other formal arrangement
between RadioFluxx and the original publisher.

## 5. Rights Associated With Live Radio Broadcasting

Live radio streams may contain multiple independently protected works.

These can include musical compositions, sound recordings, performances, advertisements,
interviews, programming, and other copyrighted materials.

The broadcaster providing a public streaming endpoint may hold or rely upon licenses
and other legal permissions for its transmission.

Those permissions do not necessarily extend to every unrelated third party or every
method of redistribution.

RadioFluxx may direct listeners to publicly accessible radio streaming endpoints,
subject to applicable technical, legal, and provider restrictions.

RadioFluxx does not claim to possess a blanket license to reproduce, rebroadcast,
retransmit, or commercially distribute all audio transmitted by independent radio
stations.

Any additional rights or royalty obligations arising from particular technical delivery
methods must be addressed independently.

## 6. Podcast Licensing and RSS Distribution

Podcast RSS feeds are commonly used to distribute information about publicly available
programs and their episodes.

These feeds may provide audio file locations, descriptions, publication information,
artwork, and other metadata intended for use by compatible podcast applications.

However, podcast recordings and their associated materials remain subject to copyright
and any applicable publisher licenses or distribution conditions.

A podcast may contain independently licensed music, interviews, performances, third
party recordings, or other protected material.

RadioFluxx does not claim ownership of these works.

Podcast publishers may update, move, restrict, replace, or discontinue their feeds
and media files.

RadioFluxx may update its catalog to reflect those changes and may remove listings
when appropriate.

Public RSS availability should not be interpreted as unrestricted permission to
reproduce, edit, redistribute, commercially exploit, or permanently archive protected
podcast recordings.

## 7. Audiobook Copyright and Public Domain Materials

Audiobooks may involve several separate legal rights.

These can include rights associated with:

 * The original literary work.
 * A translation or adaptation.
 * The narrator’s recorded performance.
 * The sound recording.
 * Accompanying artwork.
 * Editorial descriptions and other protected materials.

The copyright status of an original literary work does not necessarily determine
the status of every later translation, adaptation, or independently produced recording.

### LibriVox Recordings

LibriVox makes recordings available as public domain material under United States
copyright law.

RadioFluxx may reference and provide access to these publicly available recordings
in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

A work considered public domain in the United States may remain protected in another
jurisdiction.

### Other Audiobook Sources

Audiobooks obtained from other sources must be evaluated according to their applicable
licenses, public domain status, permissions, and distribution conditions.

RadioFluxx does not assume that every publicly accessible audiobook recording is
available for unrestricted commercial reproduction or redistribution.

Where a legitimate rights concern is identified, RadioFluxx may restrict or remove
the affected listing while the matter is reviewed.

## 8. How Audio Is Technically Delivered

The legal considerations associated with an audio stream can depend on how the content
is technically delivered.

Depending on the feature, platform, and source, audio may be accessed through a
direct connection to an external provider or through other technical delivery arrangements.

Different technical activities can carry different legal requirements.

### Direct Streaming

A listener’s device may request audio directly from the original broadcaster, podcast
hosting provider, or audiobook source.

In this arrangement, the external provider supplies the requested audio.

The provider generally retains operational control over its streaming infrastructure,
source availability, and content distribution settings.

### Streaming Proxies and Relays

A service that receives audio from an external source and then retransmits it through
its own servers may have different licensing and royalty obligations from a service
that merely indexes or links to an external stream.

Any proxy, relay, or retransmission functionality operated by RadioFluxx must be
evaluated according to its actual implementation and applicable rights.

### Technical Caching

Applications, media players, content delivery networks, and operating systems may
temporarily cache information or portions of media for playback, performance, or
network efficiency.

Temporary technical caching is not necessarily equivalent to obtaining permanent
distribution rights.

Any caching or storage performed by RadioFluxx must comply with applicable law and
relevant source conditions.

### Recording, Downloads, and Offline Access

Downloading, recording, permanently storing, modifying, or redistributing protected
audio may require permissions separate from those associated with ordinary streaming.

Where downloading or offline listening functionality is available, its use remains
subject to applicable copyright laws, publisher permissions, and technical restrictions.

**Nothing in this policy grants unrestricted rights to record, copy, redistribute,
or commercially exploit third party audio content.**

## 9. Metadata, Artwork, Names, and Trademarks

RadioFluxx may display information used to identify and organize publicly accessible
content.

This may include:

 * Station names and broadcast descriptions.
 * Podcast titles and episode descriptions.
 * Audiobook titles and author information.
 * Broadcaster or publisher names.
 * Station logos.
 * Podcast and audiobook artwork.
 * Genre and category information.
 * Publication dates and other descriptive metadata.

Such information may originate from public feeds, directories, publishers, or other
external sources.

Copyright and trademark rights in protected material remain with their respective
owners.

RadioFluxx’s display of a station name, podcast title, publisher trademark, or associated
artwork is intended to identify the relevant content and does not imply ownership,
sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Where legally required or reasonably appropriate, RadioFluxx may update attribution,
remove disputed artwork, or modify affected metadata.

Publishers and rights holders may report inaccurate attribution or potentially unauthorized
use through our Contact page.

## 10. Free Listening and Advertising

**RadioFluxx does not charge listeners for access to the publicly indexed radio
streams, podcasts, or audiobooks available through its discovery catalog.**

RadioFluxx may generate revenue from advertisements displayed within its own website
or application.

Advertising revenue supports operation, development, maintenance, and availability
of the RadioFluxx platform.

The presence of advertisements does not establish ownership of third party content
or independently authorize any use that otherwise requires permission.

RadioFluxx does not represent that advertising revenue is shared with every broadcaster,
podcast publisher, audiobook creator, or rights holder appearing in its catalog.

Any separate commercial relationship, licensing arrangement, or revenue sharing
obligation must be established independently where applicable.

## 11. Geographic Availability and Restrictions

RadioFluxx primarily focuses its content discovery experience on listeners in the
United States and Canada.

However, individual streams and recordings may be subject to geographic restrictions
established by their publishers, broadcasters, hosting providers, or applicable
law.

A radio station or podcast available in one country may not be accessible in another.

Copyright protection and public domain status can also vary by jurisdiction.

RadioFluxx may restrict, exclude, or remove content when geographic limitations,
legal obligations, or provider restrictions require it.

Users must not interpret a listing’s visibility as a guarantee that the underlying
content is lawfully available in every territory.

RadioFluxx does not authorize users to bypass digital rights management systems,
geographic restrictions, access controls, or other lawful technical protections.

## 12. Independent Publishers and Responsibility for Content

**RadioFluxx does not own, produce, operate, or exercise editorial control over
the independently operated radio stations, podcasts, or audiobook providers referenced
through its discovery services.**

Independent broadcasters and publishers are responsible for the content they create,
publish, transmit, and make publicly accessible, including compliance with applicable
laws and the rights they are obligated to secure.

RadioFluxx does not independently verify or guarantee the legality, accuracy, licensing
status, completeness, reliability, or continued availability of every external feed
or recording.

Opinions, statements, interviews, commentary, advertising, and other materials communicated
through independent audio sources belong to their respective speakers, publishers,
and providers.

Such material does not necessarily represent the views, positions, or endorsements
of RadioFluxx or TLRDev.com.

RadioFluxx may independently select, categorize, rank, recommend, feature, or exclude
content as part of operating its discovery service.

These editorial catalog decisions do not make RadioFluxx the creator or original
publisher of the underlying third party audio.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RadioFluxx and TLRDev.com disclaim
responsibility for the independent operations, statements, and content of external
publishers.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes responsibilities imposed on RadioFluxx by applicable
law or eliminates obligations arising from its own conduct.

## 13. External Directories and Service Providers

RadioFluxx may rely on publicly accessible directories, feeds, streaming services,
and third party infrastructure.

These services operate independently and may maintain their own licensing terms,
API conditions, attribution requirements, privacy policies, and technical restrictions.

RadioFluxx does not control the operation of independent directory services or original
media hosting providers.

A listing may change or become unavailable because of actions taken by a third party.

RadioFluxx may discontinue using a directory, feed, API, or streaming source where
necessary to comply with legal requirements, provider conditions, or technical limitations.

Inclusion in a third party directory does not guarantee permanent inclusion in RadioFluxx.

## 14. Content Availability and Catalog Accuracy

RadioFluxx endeavors to maintain useful and accurate information about the audio
content included in its catalog.

However, public directories and feeds can contain outdated, incorrect, duplicated,
or unavailable entries.

Examples include:

 * Discontinued radio stations.
 * Broken streaming addresses.
 * Incorrect publisher names.
 * Outdated podcast artwork.
 * Expired podcast media links.
 * Removed or relocated RSS feeds.
 * Duplicate audiobook recordings.
 * Geographic access restrictions.
 * Incorrect genre classifications.
 * Mistaken copyright or attribution information.

RadioFluxx may periodically verify and update catalog information.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every listed item or immediate synchronization
with every external source change.

## 15. Publisher Corrections and Voluntary Removal Requests

RadioFluxx respects the preferences of legitimate content publishers concerning
the inclusion of their material in our catalog.

**Content owners and authorized representatives may request corrections, restrictions,
or removal of their listings directly from RadioFluxx.**

A formal copyright infringement allegation is not necessary for an ordinary publisher
removal or metadata correction request.

### Correcting Original Directory Listings

Content owners may also wish to correct or remove listings from public directories
such as Radio Browser or update their publicly distributed RSS feeds.

Changes made at the original source may help prevent outdated information from being
redistributed through other independent discovery services.

However, changing or removing an external directory entry does not automatically
remove an existing RadioFluxx catalog record.

### Requesting Removal From RadioFluxx

To request correction or removal, contact RadioFluxx through the Contact page on
our official website.

Please provide enough information to identify the affected content, including the
station, podcast, episode, or audiobook name and the relevant listing or source
URL.

It is also helpful to identify your relationship to the content and the requested
action.

RadioFluxx may request reasonable verification where necessary to protect against
fraudulent or unauthorized removal requests.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

 * Correct inaccurate information.
 * Replace or remove disputed artwork.
 * Disable a streaming link.
 * Remove an individual episode or audiobook.
 * Remove an entire station or podcast listing.
 * Restrict access in certain regions.
 * Exclude a source from future automated discovery.
 * Take other appropriate corrective action.

Where feasible, RadioFluxx may maintain internal exclusion records to prevent legitimately
removed content from being automatically reintroduced during future catalog updates.

**Content owners do not have to contact an external directory before requesting
removal directly from RadioFluxx.**

## 16. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Notices

If a copyright owner believes that material accessible through RadioFluxx infringes
an exclusive right, the owner or authorized representative may submit a complaint
under our separate **Copyright and DMCA Policy**.

Copyright complaints should identify the allegedly infringed work, the specific
material or listing at issue, and the basis of the complaint.

RadioFluxx may remove or disable access to sufficiently identified material when
appropriate under applicable law.

The availability of a publicly accessible stream or RSS feed does not prevent a
rights holder from raising a legitimate infringement concern.

For formal copyright notice requirements and any applicable counter notification
procedures, please refer to the Copyright and DMCA Policy published on radiofluxx.
com.

## 17. Limits of Removal From External Services

RadioFluxx can review and address content, metadata, and links that it controls.

However, RadioFluxx generally cannot delete independently hosted recordings, live
broadcasts, RSS feeds, or files from servers operated by outside broadcasters, podcast
publishers, and audiobook distributors.

Removing a listing from RadioFluxx does not necessarily remove the underlying recording
from the internet.

Rights holders seeking removal of the original media may also need to contact the
relevant publisher, hosting provider, distributor, or directory operator.

RadioFluxx may cooperate with legitimate rights holders and relevant providers when
appropriate.

## 18. Listener Responsibilities and Permitted Use

Listeners may use RadioFluxx to discover and access audio content through the functionality
made available by the application.

However, access to a third party recording does not grant ownership of that recording
or an unrestricted license to reuse it.

Unless otherwise authorized by applicable law or the relevant rights holder, users
must not reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast, commercially exploit, modify, or
circumvent access protections associated with protected content.

Users should respect applicable publisher restrictions and local laws when accessing
content.

Any downloads or copies permitted by a particular source remain subject to that
source’s applicable rights and conditions.

## 19. No Implied License or Transfer of Rights

Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of third party copyrighted works to RadioFluxx
or its users.

Likewise, the existence of a public feed, directory entry, or streaming URL does
not automatically confer all rights necessary for reproduction, public performance,
retransmission, redistribution, or other legally protected activities.

Rights that are not granted by applicable law, a valid license, or the relevant
rights holder remain reserved.

RadioFluxx does not represent that a written policy alone establishes broadcasting
licenses, music licensing agreements, royalty compliance, publisher consent, or
other permissions that may be required for particular uses.

## 20. Legal Compliance and Limitations

RadioFluxx intends to operate its content discovery and playback services in accordance
with applicable laws and relevant third party conditions.

The rights and obligations associated with specific content may depend on its source,
geographic location, copyright status, technical delivery method, applicable license,
and actual use.

RadioFluxx may change its handling of a stream, feed, recording, or catalog entry
when required by legal, licensing, technical, or operational considerations.

Nothing in this policy waives obligations imposed by applicable law or prevents
a legitimate rights holder from exercising available legal remedies.

This policy is intended to explain RadioFluxx’s operating practices and rights boundaries.
It is not itself a license for otherwise unauthorized use.

## 21. Policy Changes

RadioFluxx may revise this policy to reflect changes in its services, content discovery
sources, technical infrastructure, licensing arrangements, applicable law, or publisher
reporting procedures.

Updates will be published on radiofluxx.com with a revised effective date.

Continued availability of particular content may depend on compliance with applicable
legal requirements and source restrictions.
