the name **TLRDev.com**. This document covers radiofluxx.com, its Android app and
associated functionality unless expressly stated otherwise. Last revised October
7, 2026.

TLRDev.com is the named service operator for now, but a domain name is not a registered
legal person. Applicable laws and court procedures may require the underlying individual’s
