**RadioFluxx** is a digital audio discovery and playback service operated under
the name **TLRDev.com**. This document covers radiofluxx.com, its Android app and
associated functionality unless expressly stated otherwise. Last revised October
7, 2026.

## Games, tracking and notifications

An Arcade may require game-level licensing, script security review, accessible controls,
age classification and moderation of pseudonymous scoreboards. Google Analytics,
Firebase or OneSignal events related to game use must be separately inventoried
and disclosed before launch.

## Scoring and appeals

Scores may be invalidated for demonstrated manipulation, technical error or violations
of published rules. Users should have a reasonable channel to report mistaken entries.
No prize or gambling right is created merely by appearing on a leaderboard.

## Future service scope

RadioFluxx may introduce an Arcade containing browser-based HTML5 games and optionally
pseudonymous leaderboards. These rules are preparatory and do not assert that games
are currently deployed.

## Independent games and rights

Games, music, assets, libraries and trademarks may belong to independent publishers.
RadioFluxx must verify hosting, embedding, distribution, monetization and modification
rights for each title before releasing it. A public web game is not necessarily
free for commercial redistribution.

## Fair-play rules

Players may not exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate clients or requests, falsify
rankings, evade rate limits, abuse identity systems, automate score submissions
where prohibited or harass other users. Scores may be reviewed, reset, hidden or
removed for credible abuse or technical errors, consistent with applicable law.

## Identifiers and privacy

If scores, devices, anonymous profiles or IP-based anti-abuse checks are stored,
the Privacy Policy must describe applicable purposes, retention, visibility, recipients
and user rights. A pseudonymous ID is not necessarily anonymous personal information.

## Third-party links, security and availability

Independent game scripts, web views and hosts may introduce distinct privacy, security,
advertising and accessibility concerns. The operator should review the source code,
isolate untrusted scripts where appropriate and verify that background audio and
permission boundaries are handled safely.

## No wagering or financial prizes

No real-money wagering, entry fees linked to chance-based prizes or redeemable awards
are authorized by these general rules. Introducing such systems requires independent
gambling, sweepstakes, age and consumer-law review.

## Moderation and access

We may suspend exploitive play, remove abusive leaderboard entries and adjust ranking
calculations with appropriate safeguards. Users may contact support regarding inaccurate
scores, accessibility barriers or wrongful removals.
