**Last Updated: October 20, 2026** **RadioFluxx** is a digital audio discovery
and playback service operated under the name **TLRDev.com**. This Accessibility
Statement applies to radiofluxx.com, the RadioFluxx web application at web.radiofluxx.
com, the RadioFluxx Android application, and associated services and digital interfaces
operated or maintained by RadioFluxx, unless otherwise stated.

## 1. Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility

 **RadioFluxx is committed to making its website, applications, and digital services
as accessible and usable as reasonably possible for all individuals, including people
with disabilities.** We believe everyone should have the opportunity to discover
and enjoy publicly accessible radio stations, podcasts, podcast episodes, and audiobooks
regardless of their abilities, assistive technology, or preferred method of interacting
with digital content. RadioFluxx strives to provide an inclusive experience for
individuals with visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, neurological, and other disabilities.
Our accessibility efforts are intended to improve the usability of our services
for individuals who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice commands,
screen magnification, alternative input devices, and other accessibility technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We recognize that accessibility barriers
may exist, and we welcome feedback that helps us identify and address those barriers.

## 2. Accessibility Standards and Guidelines

 RadioFluxx uses the **Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA**,
published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as a reference and target for
accessibility improvements. WCAG provides internationally recognized recommendations
for making digital content more accessible to people with disabilities. These guidelines
emphasize four fundamental principles: **Perceivable:** Information and interface
components should be presented in ways that users can perceive. **Operable:** Interface
components and navigation should be usable through supported interaction methods.**
Understandable:** Information and the operation of interfaces should be reasonably
clear and predictable. **Robust:** Content should be developed to support compatibility
with appropriate browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies. RadioFluxx
also references applicable accessibility guidance published by Google and the Android
development community for mobile applications. These standards guide our accessibility
goals and evaluation practices. Their inclusion in this statement does not constitute
a claim of full technical conformance or independent accessibility certification.

## 3. Current Accessibility and Conformance Status

 **RadioFluxx has not completed a comprehensive accessibility audit of every website
page, application screen, component, and user interaction.** Accordingly, our current
formal conformance status is **Not Yet Fully Assessed**. We do not represent that
all RadioFluxx services currently satisfy every success criterion of WCAG 2.2 Level
AA or every requirement that may apply under the Americans with Disabilities Act(
ADA) or other accessibility laws. Some accessibility features may already be supported
through the technologies and components used to build RadioFluxx, while other features
may require further evaluation or improvement. The absence of a completed audit
should not be interpreted as a determination that all content is inaccessible. Likewise,
the presence of built-in accessibility features does not independently establish
full conformance. Our intention is to identify and address accessibility barriers
through testing, maintenance, user feedback, and appropriate improvements. Any future
claim of full or partial conformance will be based on documented evaluation of the
relevant services and versions.

## 4. Websites and Applications Covered

 This statement applies to the digital services directly operated by RadioFluxx.

### RadioFluxx Main Website

 [**https://radiofluxx.com/**](https://radiofluxx.com/) Our primary website provides
information about RadioFluxx, links to listening services, legal policies, contact
information, and other public-facing content. Accessibility considerations include
page structure, headings, navigation, links, images, forms, readability, responsive
layouts, and keyboard access.

### RadioFluxx Web Application

 [**https://web.radiofluxx.com/**](https://web.radiofluxx.com/) Our web application
allows users to discover and listen to radio stations, podcasts, podcast episodes,
and audiobooks through supported web browsers. Accessibility considerations include
browsing, searching, content cards, menus, player controls, saved content, notifications,
and application settings.

### RadioFluxx Android Application

 The RadioFluxx Android application provides audio discovery and playback functionality
on compatible Android devices. Accessibility considerations include screen-reader
compatibility, touch targets, device accessibility settings, navigation, playback
controls, notifications, and other app interactions.

### Services Outside Our Direct Control

 This statement does not represent that independent third-party websites, directories,
streaming platforms, or other externally operated services conform to RadioFluxx’s
accessibility goals. However, RadioFluxx recognizes that third-party materials and
integrations can affect the accessibility of our own services and will consider
those effects when evaluating reported barriers.

## 5. Accessibility Features and Improvement Priorities

 RadioFluxx aims to incorporate accessibility considerations into the design, development,
and maintenance of its websites and applications. Areas of focus include:

### Keyboard and Alternative Input Navigation

 We aim to support navigation and operation of applicable interface controls without
requiring a mouse. This includes evaluating keyboard focus, tab order, interactive
elements, visible focus indicators, and compatibility with supported alternative
input technologies. Users should not become trapped within an interface component
because of inaccessible keyboard behavior.

### Screen Readers and Assistive Technologies

 We aim to support screen readers and other assistive technologies through meaningful
interface labels, appropriate semantic information, and understandable navigation
structures. This includes evaluating whether controls such as Play, Pause, Search,
Save, Favorites, Back, and Settings are identified meaningfully. Where appropriate,
application state changes should be communicated in ways that assistive technology
users can understand.

### Readability and Text Scaling

 We recognize that users may need larger text, increased magnification, or modified
display settings. Our accessibility goals include supporting readable text, appropriate
spacing, responsive layouts, and reasonable compatibility with browser zoom and
device text scaling. Information and essential functionality should remain usable
when text or display settings are increased, subject to applicable technical limitations.

### Color and Contrast

 RadioFluxx uses visual themes, including dark and light interface options. We aim
to evaluate text, controls, icons, focus indicators, and other meaningful elements
for sufficient visual contrast. Color should not be the only method used to communicate
important information or distinguish essential controls.

### Touch Targets and Controls

 On touch-enabled devices, interactive controls should be reasonably sized, spaced,
and labeled. This includes playback buttons, menus, navigation controls, category
selectors, saved-content actions, and other interactive elements.

### Predictable Navigation

 We aim to provide consistent and understandable navigation patterns. Users should
be able to identify available controls, understand their purpose, and move through
key application features without unnecessary confusion.

### Motion and Animation

 Where applicable, accessibility improvements may include reducing unnecessary animation,
avoiding potentially harmful flashing content, and respecting supported reduced-
motion settings.

### Forms and Error Messages

 Forms and interactive fields should be evaluated for meaningful labels, understandable
instructions, accessible error messages, and usable validation feedback. Users should
be able to identify what information is required and understand how to correct errors.
These are accessibility goals and evaluation priorities, not a representation that
every listed feature has been fully implemented or verified across every platform.

## 6. Accessibility of Audio Playback

 Audio playback is a primary feature of RadioFluxx. We recognize that accessible
playback controls are especially important for listeners who cannot use conventional
visual or touch-based interfaces. Accessibility evaluations may address:

 * Identifiable Play and Pause controls.
 * Understandable audio progress information.
 * Accessible volume and playback-speed controls where provided.
 * Keyboard and screen-reader operation.
 * Appropriate focus behavior when playback begins or changes.
 * Navigation between episodes, stations, and audiobooks.
 * Usability of the persistent audio player.
 * Compatibility with supported Android accessibility services.
 * Understandable notifications and playback information.

 Where reasonably possible, users should be able to operate essential playback features
using supported assistive technologies. RadioFluxx may modify its player interface
or associated controls when accessibility barriers are identified.

## 7. Audio-Only Content, Transcripts, and Captions

 RadioFluxx primarily indexes and provides access to publicly available audio content
created and distributed by independent third parties. This includes live radio broadcasts,
podcasts, audiobook recordings, and other audio programming. **RadioFluxx does not
generally create, produce, transcribe, or editorially control the underlying third-
party recordings available through its discovery catalog.** Some independent publishers
provide transcripts, captions, episode notes, or other accessible text alternatives.
Other publishers may not provide these resources. Consequently, transcripts, captions,
or equivalent text may not be available for every station, podcast, episode, or
audiobook listed within RadioFluxx. RadioFluxx does not guarantee the availability,
accuracy, or completeness of transcripts or equivalent alternatives supplied by
independent providers. However, we recognize that missing text alternatives can
create accessibility barriers. Where a user identifies a particular barrier, RadioFluxx
may evaluate available publisher resources, accessible metadata, alternative access
methods, or other appropriate measures within its control. Our lack of editorial
control over independent recordings does not eliminate obligations that may apply
to RadioFluxx under applicable law. Accessibility requests concerning specific audio
content will be considered according to the circumstances, available alternatives,
and relevant legal requirements.

## 8. Third-Party Content and External Services

 RadioFluxx discovers publicly accessible audio content through external streaming
URLs, RSS feeds, and content directories. Independent content sources may include
services such as Radio Browser, public podcast feeds, LibriVox, and other broadcaster
or publisher resources. These independent providers may maintain their own websites,
applications, audio players, advertising systems, and accessibility practices. RadioFluxx
does not control every accessibility feature or technical decision made by those
providers. Accessibility limitations may arise from external materials, including:

 * Missing transcripts.
 * Images without meaningful descriptions.
 * Inaccessible embedded interfaces.
 * Poorly structured source metadata.
 * Unsupported third-party player controls.
 * External pages that do not support assistive technologies.

 Where third-party content or technology is integrated into a RadioFluxx-controlled
interface, we aim to consider its effect on accessibility and evaluate reasonable
alternatives or improvements when appropriate. The existence of third-party limitations
does not represent a blanket exemption from responsibilities imposed by applicable
law.

## 9. Advertisements and Promotional Content

 RadioFluxx is supported by advertising, which helps make its audio discovery and
playback services available without charging listeners for access to indexed content.
Advertisements and promotional materials may be provided through independent advertising
networks or managed through RadioFluxx’s own application configuration systems.
RadioFluxx recognizes that advertising can present accessibility challenges. These
may include animated content, inaccessible embedded frames, unclear labels, disruptive
focus changes, or interactive elements that do not operate effectively with assistive
technologies. We aim to evaluate accessibility concerns arising from advertisements
and promotional content presented within our own interfaces. Where feasible and
appropriate, RadioFluxx may modify placement behavior, adjust presentation, report
problems to advertising providers, or restrict problematic integrations. Third-party
advertising networks remain responsible for their independently supplied materials
and services, subject to applicable law.

## 10. Accessibility Across Devices and Browsers

 RadioFluxx is designed to operate across supported desktop browsers, mobile browsers,
and Android devices. Accessibility behavior may vary depending on the combination
of:

 * Operating system.
 * Browser and browser version.
 * Android version.
 * Screen size.
 * Device accessibility settings.
 * Screen-reader software.
 * Keyboard or external input device.
 * Display magnification or text-scaling configuration.

 RadioFluxx does not guarantee identical behavior across every device, browser,
or assistive technology combination. We aim to evaluate compatibility with commonly
used environments and address material barriers identified through testing or user
reports. No specific browser, operating system, or assistive technology combination
is represented as fully verified until appropriate testing has been completed.

## 11. Accessibility Testing and Evaluation

 RadioFluxx recognizes that accessibility cannot be established solely through the
publication of a statement or the use of automated testing software. Meaningful
accessibility evaluation may require automated checks, manual interaction testing,
assistive technology testing, and feedback from people who use accessibility tools.
Our planned evaluation practices include reviewing:

 * Keyboard-only navigation.
 * Screen-reader labels and navigation.
 * Page headings and document structure.
 * Text contrast and readability.
 * Browser zoom and text scaling.
 * Touch target dimensions.
 * Navigation consistency.
 * Form labels and error handling.
 * Alternative text for meaningful images.
 * Audio player operation.
 * Reduced-motion compatibility.
 * Responsive layouts.
 * Android TalkBack behavior.
 * Accessibility of advertisements and embedded content.

 Testing should include representative features rather than relying exclusively
on a single homepage or automated score. As testing is completed, RadioFluxx may
maintain internal records of identified issues, corrective actions, affected application
versions, and follow-up verification. **No comprehensive independent accessibility
certification is claimed by this statement.**

## 12. Known and Potential Accessibility Limitations

 RadioFluxx continues to develop and improve its digital services. Because comprehensive
testing has not been completed, we cannot provide an exhaustive list of accessibility
barriers that may currently exist. Potential areas requiring additional review include:

### Third-Party Audio Resources

 Some independently published programs may lack transcripts or equivalent text alternatives.

### External Advertising and Embedded Content

 Certain advertising or embedded interfaces may not fully support all assistive
technologies.

### Dynamic Application Interfaces

 Interactive components, content updates, player state changes, and dynamically
loaded information may require additional evaluation for screen-reader compatibility
and focus management.

### User-Provided Device and Browser Configurations

 Some combinations of accessibility software, older browsers, device configurations,
or operating systems may produce unexpected behavior.

### Media Artwork and Descriptive Information

 Some externally supplied artwork or metadata may lack adequate descriptions or
contain incomplete information. These examples identify areas for review and do
not establish that every listed issue has been confirmed in the current production
application. Users encountering difficulties are encouraged to contact RadioFluxx
so that specific barriers can be evaluated.

## 13. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier

 **If you experience difficulty accessing or using any part of RadioFluxx, we encourage
you to contact us.** We welcome reports involving website pages, application screens,
navigation, audio playback, forms, or other functionality. Accessibility concerns
may be reported through the Contact page on our official website: [**https://radiofluxx.com/**](https://radiofluxx.com/)
Please identify your request as: **Accessibility Request** To help us understand
the issue, you may include:

 1. The webpage, application screen, or feature involved.
 2. A description of the difficulty experienced.
 3. What you were attempting to accomplish.
 4. The device or browser used, if relevant.
 5. Any assistive technology involved, if you wish to share it.
 6. A preferred method for receiving a response.

 You are not required to provide a medical diagnosis, disability documentation,
or unrelated sensitive health information to report an accessibility barrier. Please
avoid submitting unnecessary personal or medical information. If the Contact page
itself presents an accessibility barrier, you may use another available contact
method published by RadioFluxx. We appreciate clear reports that help us investigate
and correct usability problems.

## 14. Requests for Accessible Alternatives or Assistance

 Some accessibility barriers may prevent users from obtaining information or completing
an important activity through the normal interface. When contacted about such a
barrier, RadioFluxx will evaluate the request in light of the affected service,
available technology, the user’s stated needs, and applicable legal requirements.
Depending on the circumstances, appropriate steps may include:

 * Providing information through an alternative accessible format.
 * Explaining an available alternative method of completing an action.
 * Correcting an inaccessible interface component.
 * Updating labels, navigation, or form behavior.
 * Identifying accessible resources offered by the original content publisher.
 * Investigating compatibility with assistive technologies.
 * Addressing a reported technical defect.

 Not every requested technical modification or alternative will be available in
every circumstance. However, RadioFluxx recognizes the importance of considering
reasonable accessibility requests in good faith and meeting obligations imposed
by applicable law. Users are not required to disclose unnecessary medical details
to request assistance.

## 15. Handling Accessibility Feedback

 RadioFluxx intends to review accessibility reports and requests in a reasonable
and timely manner. The handling of a report may depend on factors such as the severity
of the barrier, whether essential functionality is affected, the technical complexity
of the problem, and the availability of an immediate alternative. When evaluating
a report, RadioFluxx may:

 1. Review the information provided.
 2. Attempt to reproduce the reported issue.
 3. Identify the affected website, application, or third-party component.
 4. Assess the effect on essential functionality.
 5. Determine whether a correction or reasonable alternative is available.
 6. Implement an appropriate improvement where warranted.
 7. Verify the effectiveness of the correction when feasible.
 8. Communicate relevant findings or next steps to the reporting individual.

 Issues that prevent access to essential features may receive priority over minor
visual or cosmetic inconsistencies. Some technical problems may require additional
development, testing, or coordination with external providers. RadioFluxx does not
guarantee that every accessibility request can be resolved immediately, but we intend
to consider legitimate accessibility concerns in good faith.

## 16. Ongoing Development and Remediation

 RadioFluxx is an evolving service, and its websites and applications may change
as new features are introduced. Accessibility considerations are relevant to both
existing functionality and future development. As resources and technical circumstances
permit, our improvement priorities may include:

 * Evaluating newly introduced interface components.
 * Reviewing important playback and navigation workflows.
 * Correcting confirmed screen-reader and keyboard barriers.
 * Improving support for text scaling and magnification.
 * Reviewing contrast in dark and light themes.
 * Maintaining accessible labels for application controls.
 * Reassessing accessibility after significant interface changes.
 * Including accessibility checks in applicable development and release processes.

 Accessibility improvements may be implemented incrementally. RadioFluxx does not
represent that all planned improvements have been completed or that every possible
barrier has been identified.

## 17. Accessibility and Applicable Laws

 RadioFluxx recognizes the importance of applicable disability rights and accessibility
laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act where relevant. The application
of particular legal requirements may depend on the organization, service, jurisdiction,
and surrounding circumstances. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as an accessibility reference
and target, but this statement does not represent that the standard is automatically
the exclusive legal requirement applicable to every RadioFluxx service. Nothing
in this statement is intended to waive, replace, limit, or exclude accessibility
obligations imposed by applicable law. Likewise, this statement is not a legal determination
of RadioFluxx’s compliance status, a certification, or a substitute for accessibility
testing and necessary corrective action. RadioFluxx intends to address applicable
accessibility responsibilities based on its actual services, technology, and legal
obligations.

## 18. Privacy and Accessibility Requests

 Accessibility reports may contain information about a person’s assistive technology,
functional needs, or difficulties using a particular service. RadioFluxx asks users
to provide only information reasonably necessary to describe and investigate the
reported issue. A person submitting an accessibility request does not need to provide
a medical diagnosis or detailed medical history. Information submitted through accessibility
reports will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and the
RadioFluxx Privacy Policy. Accessibility-related information should be accessed,
retained, and used only as reasonably necessary for support, issue investigation,
operational records, security, or other lawful purposes.

## 19. Accessibility Statement Review and Updates

 RadioFluxx may periodically review and update this statement to reflect changes
in its services, accessibility practices, testing results, relevant standards, or
applicable laws. Future updates may identify:

 * Completed accessibility assessments.
 * Verified conformance findings.
 * Confirmed limitations.
 * Accessibility improvements.
 * Additional compatible technologies.
 * Updated assistance procedures.
 * Revised accessibility objectives.

 Any published accessibility assessment or conformance claim should accurately identify
the applicable service, version, date, evaluation method, and scope. The publication
date of this statement does not represent the completion date of a formal accessibility
audit.
